It has been brought to our attention that some hire companies are claiming to be authorised and accredited to Hire, Rent, or Sell The Patented Magnetically Attached Safety Barrier and other equipment and thus illegally infringing our Copyright, Patents and Intellectual Property.
These claims are bogus, and it is not the factual position. Only those Companies listed under the Hire Section of this web-site are accredited, trained and licenced to Hire the Innovative Railway Safety Ltd and Rail Safety Systems BV product range.
Any other Company not listed on our web-page and claiming to be authorised is in breach of UK Law and are not in any way connected, nor have any arrangements with either Innovative Railway Safety Ltd, or Rail Safety Systems BV the Patent Holder and Manufacturer of this equipment.
